 Foram feitas 3 analises no detector J03-W0089 (S124) MEDIPIX EP680-1131-650-A CS.

Primeiramente foi feito um scan de voltagem de -1 até 1 V para determinar se o sensor é do tipo p-on-n ou n-on-p. No caso é um p-on-n (confirmado pelo datasheet do detector).

Em seguida foi feito um scan de 0 até 40V com step de 0,2V com duração de 1,5s por step. A curva apresenta um hump durante a subida que ainda não sei como tratar.

Depois foi realizaro um scan de 0 até 50V com step de 0,1V e duração de 2s por step para confirmar essa "anomalia" durante a subida.

Ela se repetiu, porém com uma voltagem maior.

 

Em anexo tem os dados, os gráficos feitos da curva IxV e o programa usado para ler os arquivos e plotar o gráfico.
