Heinrich sent photos with the correct connection between the RelaxD and the breakout boards.

The setup should work with 1 or 4 chips. The 1 chip configuration should have the chip connected to the "E"  VHDCI cable ( as in the .tiff image).

One should first connect the chips before powering the RelaxD.
