<p>Upon reading and old manual or testbeam shifters I discovered that they used an Timepix low voltage. Heinrich and Martin explained to us that this LV was to power a small compensator board that allowed the Timepix to communicate via large distances since this SCSI cables (with VHDCI connectors) have a lot of damping.
