|
On 26 May we managed to make 3 out of 4 timepix chips equalize. While investigating what was the problem with the fourth chip I realized that the led on the regulator board were turnin on differently for the non-equalized sensor.

I removed the regulator board from the assembly and went to test the regulator board and the lemo cables on the FiTPIX usin chip only timepix C08.

After spending some time changing lemo cables, I tried to change the voltage increasing it a little bit (2.2V to 2.4V), the chip seems to work with all cables consistently.

Still less voltage than Heinrich applied (2.5). Just remember to NEVER GO BEYOND 3.6V, or you will break the regulator and timepix.
