Upon reading and old manual or testbeam shifters I discovered that they used an Timepix low voltage. Heinrich and Martin explained to us that this LV was to power a small compensator board that allowed the Timepix to communicate via large distances since this SCSI cables (with VHDCI connectors) have a lot of damping. We tried to connect the RelaxD + Breakout + Timepix anyway, and the chip was identified correctly but it was impossible to set the DACs.
We will try to get the board layout and see if we can get it made here.
